ORDERING TERMS
ORDER BY TELEPHONE: Please have the part number you need ready for your sales professional when calling (321) 302-0672. PAYMENT: We accept three major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover) as well as money orders and/or cashier's/bank checks. We do NOT accept personal checks. We do not offer open accounts. PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice. SHIPPING: We ship United Parcel Service (UPS) whenever possible. Shipping charges are added to invoice total. There is a $10.00 surcharge for shipping through the US Post Office. BACK ORDERS: We do not cancel back orders unless requested. When out of stock orders come in, back orders are shipped first. SPECIAL ORDERS: On special orders, a 50% deposit is required. Please allow 30-90 days shipping time on special orders. No returns or refunds are given on special orders. FOREIGN ORDERS: Must be pre-paid in US Money Order, Certified Bank Draft or Credit Card only. RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization # and a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns due to shipping error or manufacturer defect will be replaced immediately. No returns after 30 days from invoice date. All refused shipments must be in new condition for resale and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges. Some items in this catalog and on our web site may not be legal for sale or use in your state/location. Check with your local law enforcement or department of transportaion if you have any questions. FENDERLIMINATORS products purchased through another reseller must be returned through them. No returns on special orders. CLAIMS: All claims for damage or missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the merchandise in front of the carrier. All claims must be made to the carrier. WARRANTY: FENDERLIMINATORS strives to produce products with the highest quality and performance in the industry. FENDERLIMINATORS products are produced for the purpose of racing, therefore there is A ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on any products made or sold by FENDERLIMINATORS. All descriptions given by FENDERLIMINATORS as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. FENDERLIMINATORS will not assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product we manufacture or sell.FENDERLIMINATORS shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the buyer agrees to all of these terms. If a problem arises that is questionable, we may ask that the item be returned for evaluation. If in the opinion of FENDERLIMINATORS an adjustment should be made, we will either repair or offer assistance in solving the problem. The use of FENDERLIMINATORS products is at the sole discretion of the buyer.
